Better git diffs with Jupyter Notebooks

Jupyter Notebooks are internally stored as JSON files with a bunch of metadata, inputs and outputs and the diffs can become messy and hard to read and understand.

nbdime is a collection of tools to make diffing and merging Jupyter Notebooks easier.
