Pomodoro technique is a productivity and time management technique that splits your sessions into 25 minutes of working + 5 minute break. The method suggests that every four Pomodoros, there’s a longer break of 20 to 30 minutes.
I use it every now and then but not as often as I should because I almost always get more done and take better breaks when I do.
